Hi. Can anyone recommend budget hotels close to the Hawaii Prince (Ala Wai Harbour area) ? We are looking for reasonably priced hotels so that we can afford to pay for accomodation for our wedding guests. Many thanks.

As we have not been right in that area I don%26#39;t feel I can recommend a place closest we%26#39;ve been is the Ohana Maile Sky Court for around $75- 80 a night. Thanks hulajake. We did look at the Ohana Maile Sky Court but a few of the reviews mentioned that street noise can be a problem. How did you find it ?
We were on the tenth floor and didn%26#39;t feel it was terribly bad however that was also our first trip to Hawaii and we may not have noticed as we didn%26#39;t want to miss anything. The Sky Court isn%26#39;t fancy but it did the trick plus they have a beautiful open air lobby. The rooms are adequite however the windows don%26#39;t open very far and there is no lanai which is nice for morning coffee. What we have found though we spent very little time in the room or even at the hotel for that matter. If you look at the map it is across from Fort Derussy Park on the quieter end of Waikiki they say. There is one thing I saw on here and don%26#39;t know if it has been takin care of ther was a post about bedbugs. Since it has been pretty quiet for awhile maybe I shouldn%26#39;t have brought it up but I would check it out before booking.

I%26#39;m going to check out some of the reviews for hotels which are a bit closer and see what deals they have on expedia. At the end of the day the decision will be with our guests but the more info I can give them the better. Thanks again jake, you%26#39;re a star :0)
