Napili Shores or Napili Surf?

I%26#39;ve read dozens of reviews and my decision hasn%26#39;t gotten easier.

I was decided on the Napili Surf, but then I kept reading great reviews of the Shores.

We%26#39;re traveling with our 3 and 5 yr old children so we%26#39;re looking for a nice beach and beautiful grounds.

We also don%26#39;t want to be too far from restaurants and stores.

Napili Shores or Napili Surf?

We stayed at Napili Shores this past summer with our 2 grandchildren and they adored the grounds there. They have a life size checker board that we played on every evening. They also have a shuffle board court. The Gazebo restaurant was a big hit also. Lots of room on the lawn to play ball or run. We rented through VRBO and got an outstanding deal, far below the normal rates.

Napili Shores or Napili Surf?

Did you find the Napili Shores to be loud? Some of the reviews say there was truck noise and thin walls.

Not at all. Ground floor rooms open right onto the lawn. Great swimming in Napili Bay right next door to the right and fantastic snorkeling to the left or right. We are headed back in January to watch the whales from the lower pool area. We think it is a great place to stay with children. Our two grandchildren are both 8 years old and they love it. Lots of other kids their age to play with staying there. Rooms are clean and the kitchens are well furnished. The gas grills are cleaned to look new everyday, picnic tables clean and well maintained, we cooked hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids while we enjoyed steak (much cheaper than eating out and the kids loved it).

my boyfriend and i stayed at napili shores in 1/06. i thought it was great. i did not find it to be noisy at all. the grounds are well kept, and we saw some younger kids having a great time playing on the huge lawn. gazebo was very good for breakfast; the lines gets long early, so we ordered food to go and ate on our lanai, which saved a lot of time. napili bay is gorgeous, and it only takes a couple minutes to walk the path from the napili shores lawn to the sand. we also rented through vrbo and had a great experience; i couldn%26#39;t believe how cheap our ocean view condo was during the high season. but no matter which place you choose to stay at i am sure you and your family will have a fabulous time!!
