Has anyone taken the waterfall tour and was it worth the extra $$$? Also, how cold does it get in the air without the doors on? I would think if you are in a wet bathing suit from the waterfall, the ride back might be pretty cold.......

Last I remember the DLNR had told at least Interisland Helicopters to stop their remote waterfall landings. Don%26#39;t know if they have so you might want to check with them first.

I just checked around it seems most websites still say they are doing the tours. But as said, you might want to call. Some of these websites are not exactly up to date.
Also, the open air flights are chilly at times, and very windy. I%26#39;d recommend long pants and a jacket min. Don%26#39;t try and wear a hat or anything... you won%26#39;t have it when you land.
